Yeah for the sporran!!!

Now don't get mad at me, but do you see that pixel in the left center? After working the puzzle, I decided that it really doesn't belong. But rather than edit the puzzle, I think I will just make it one more level in the pixel mystery. So what is that pixel, do you think?

Is it a dog collar? doggie treat? doggie slobber? See puzzle #4180 for the answer. I'll bet you like it.

Very nice detail. I had to look up what a sporran is. On to 4180!

I'm going to look up what a sporran is too...I'm thinking maybe that flat, sometimes tasseled pouch they wear in the front of their kilt.

Yep, that's what it is...but that black pixel...could it be...ummmm...just guessing here...scots tape?

One of my daughters attends a college of scottish origin. The first-years were piped in through the arch of a crenelated castle-looking building on opening day. They'll be piped out through the same arch when they graduate. The day we attended the ceremonies there were a dozen bagpipers...a lone piper on the ramparts of the building began the assemblage by piping a solitary call. It was goose-bump time for me!

Scots tape - too funny, Ozymoe. lol Thanks for the story about your daughter's college. Sounds enchanting.

Qwerty, thanks for pointing out the error in the title. My vision is not what it used to be, so I misread the small font on the page with the list of puzzles. I have to squint and my nose is inches from the monitor. I think I need new glasses.

Love the doggy!

That was the easiest drawing of something Scottish I could think of. The real images of actual Scottish emblems were way too elaborate.

Good guess, but I was thinking of something else. Here's what it is:

This is so cute! I stumbled on this series while solving random small b&w puzzles :)
