Puzzle Description:

You should see a girl's face. My favorite song is "1000 Words" or "1000 no kotoba" in Japanese which is sung by Yuna in the video game Final Fantasy X-2. The girl's face is Yuna. More info in first comment/spoiler.

Am I missing something? I cannot do this puzzle, because the grid is too small for the number of spaces required. The grid is 35x40, but the numbers add up to at least 48 spaces required.

The nose and mouth proved very difficult to solve for me. Other than that, a wonderful puzzle!

This is so good! It had no clue what I was looking at until I had only a few squares left, and then it really popped out at me. This is done so well, and I love your use of color. What I really like is that it's a pretty picture in its' own right, even without being a puzzle. I had to use some tricky color logic, but it was a nice exercise and never got hard enough to be frustrating. Great job!

What a really beautiful puzzle. So glad I stayed with it. Tough, but no guessing with a lovely reward at the end.

Wow, I thought, a lava flow, then, a monster?, a huge wave?, a tree trunk? This seemed a lot of trouble for a lava flow! (but pleasing trouble,leading me onward)
Then a couple of squares popped out as a lovely woman's eye. From that point on, the logic revealed, square by square, the face that was hinted.

I like the striking drama of this image. Tricky and challenging solve. Good job!

FFX was my favorite game. Full appreciation for this puzzle.

I only got part-way into FFX-2 because due to lack of time I was trying to play with a 100% walkthrough guide, and it felt more like a chore than an enjoyment. Came back to the game years later and was so much happier to play it independently.
