:-) I'll never forget the thrill of making that first puzzle. I think I'm addcited. Is that why Jan calls us "users"?

I love your sense of humor, Cro. Thanks for making us smile.
#22: Cro-Magnon (Hermit) on Dec 13, 2009
Users! That's so true. :-D

I also have a theory that Jan coded in subliminal messages in the script...
"Do one more puzzle!"
"Sleep and work is overrated!"
"Just. One. More."

Wow, I'm amazed it took me this long to get around to doing your very first puzzle. Nice design.
#26: Teresa K (fasstar) on Apr 27, 2010
Thanks, Jan. At the time, I was frustrated that I couldn't get it to look exactly the way I had envisioned it. Now I look at everything through a pixel filter. :-)

I love riddles and had this one solved before I opened the puzzle! Still like the image, though, as all teapots are unique. I like a lot of teas, but hands-down I like hot oolong the most. Notable mentions are earl grey green or mango Darjeeling. I love Turkey Hill's iced green tea with mango as well. Always sugar, never milk. (for some reason, milk in tea doesn't agree with my stomach.)
#32: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Dec 7, 2018
That's a lovely T pot! I was startled to find out how many of your puzzles I hadn't solved. (I blame the server loss!)

So here I go, filling in the missing puzzles. :)
#33: Teresa K (fasstar) on Dec 7, 2018
Thanks, Kristen. This was my VERY FIRST puzzle ever. I was hooked from the beginning.

Chai is a way of life in India. Almost everywhere you go—in trains, on streets, in sari shops—you will see people gulping down the sweet, spicy, milky beverage.

In America, "chai" has become known as a flavor of tea with predominantly cinnamon or cardamom notes. But in India, chai is not a flavor of tea; it IS tea — chai literally translates to "tea" in Hindi, so when you are saying "chai tea," you are basically saying, "tea tea." What you think of in America as this highly specialized beverage is, in India, simply the standard way of preparing tea.
