once I recognized the quote, it was easy to place the last 4 black squares ;)

A touch more red or green should make this completely logically solvable. :)

It was pretty easy to guess the last few pixels, but it could be made solvable easily by putting in a few more blue pixels around the horn and it wouldn't make any difference in the unicorn.
