Here's what I have so far:
Initial line & color logic solves 51% with black and green remaining.
R21: EL makes the black in C12 part of the 6 and the blacks in C16-17 part of the 8. L&CL.
C5-6: One of these will need black in R22, so R22C8 and R22C13 must be white. L&CL.
R30: EL places the last 2 in C29-30.
L&CL finishes the black.
C2: Whether the last 3 goes up to R18 or down to R21, R18C3 is white. LL.
And this is where I'm stuck for now.
