Twillis! Welcome back! Where ya been? Summer chores finally done now that the cold has set in? :)

I too applaud your efforts. I have only one question - why the name? A type of seahorse? Or a bit of pop culture I'm sadly lacking?
#10: Jota (Jota) on Oct 18, 2008 [SPOILER]
Just another name for seahorse.
#11: Jen (LightVader) on Oct 18, 2008
I hadn't heard of using that name for it either.
#12: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on Oct 18, 2008
I think Jan or someone else did one using that name !?!

Sorry, Deana, I just now saw your message. You've guessed right; I've been doing farm chores. Mostly "putting up" a bunch of this year's harvest. Had a good year.

Not quite done for the season, actually... still have pears to process into perry (alcoholic pear cider). Yum.

Plus we got a new dog from the pound who requires a bit more attention than old dog does. Needs some etiquette lessons, that one.

But I'm slowly getting a bit more free time, so maybe I can catch up on my webpbn.

Well, glad to see your face again, neighbor... we really should do "coffee" at some point.

#16: Jota (Jota) on Dec 8, 2008
Thanks so much!
#17: Cro-Magnon (Hermit) on Dec 15, 2009 [SPOILER]
From the title, I was expecting the creature from Greek mythology, Hippocampus. Front is a horse, back is sort of like an eel, so it's sort of a horse of the sea. I'm guessing that might be where the term comes from. (??) I don't know, my Greek language skills are rusty (if you define rusty as nonexistent). ;-)

Anyway, it's a nice quick little puzzle. I like it! Sea horses are such fascinating little creatures.

Almost small enough to fit into the small animal zoo.
