National German Chocolate Cake Day! A rich dark cake wearing Lederhosen, ja? The worst part is the perpetuation of the idea that this dessert is as Deutsch as Strudel -- "German" was simply the family name of the man who invented it! At any rate, schmeckt lecker! (tastes delicious!)
