That's not God on the left is it?
God pop dog?
I don't think that's right, because they all have the same vowel and your clue says the vowels are different.

Pop pup pop?

Hm....

Pip (as in Phillip Pirrip from Great Expectations??) pop pup?

I think Lizzy has it, except the Pip in this case looks like the character from South Park.

Lizzy B got it! Though I'll put something additional in the spoiler...

Pip in this case is meant to be Pip from South Park, with all the scrunchy-box-shaped kids. His real name is Philip Pirrip just as the main character in Great Expectations, which is a pretty clear meta-joke. Pip's English-ness and lack of fitting in comes up a lot in South Park.

I stopped watching South Park a long while back, but I still remember the poor fella remaining optimistic though other kids picked on him (Cartman especially hated "French people") and Chef wouldn't let him wear a helmet for football because that wouldn't be fair to the other kids.

https://southpark.fandom.com/wiki/Pip_Pirrip has pictures of him. Warning for mildly risque language in the wiki article.

Pip was also killed off in season 14, when he was crushed by Mecha-Streisand while attempting to convince her to stop destroying the town. He became an unneeded character after Butters started to take over his role, so he stopped appearing altogether shortly afterwards. His death episode was his second speaking appearance in 8 years.

I didn't know who "Pip" was, so my guess, before I read the comments was a generic "Pap," then "pop," and "pup."

Thanks Andrew for a good one!
