This one is solvable with some two-way logic looking at columns 19-21 crossed with row 7. When you get to a point, either R7C19 or R7C21 have to be filled in. This in turn makes it so that either R8C19 or R8C21 have be to filled in. You can therefore dot out the rest of row 8. I believe it solves normally from there.#3: Wombat (wombatilim) on Oct 8, 2009

Nevertheless if he's supposed to be scary it must be Stalin.
