Wow - that would be dusty. I bet you the sound would be fantastic though.

I see the record player and the "Best of Welk" record cover, but what are the B/W zigzagged areas? They look like spider webs/cobwebs (showing evidence of dust). Is that right? :-)

Thank you for your entry.

Oh, those are the LP's stacked vertically and leaning against the sides of the shelf.

Gotcha! Thanks for clarifying. :-)

Cute turntable! We still play a lot of our old records- but there isn't the long spindle on our player anymore where you could place a big stack of them, so you have to do a lot of flipping them over.

Thanks for a good puzzle!

I remember that spindle that would drop the next one! I used to sit and watch it go around just to see it drop. Thanks

Cool. The zigzags were kind of fun to solve.

Are you from Oklahoma by any chance?

Nice one. I used to love listening to my parents old records. Neil Diamond was always on. :) Good luck!

Me too!

And congrats for getting 3rd place on your puzzle.

I thought the zig zags might be the tracks on the records until I read the answer here. I struggled alot with solving this one and am not sure if I used some sort of smile logic or guessed to solve the "W" in "Welk." Everything else seemed to work it's self out logically.

Very nice. My dad just recently got a turntable working, and he's transferring a lot of records to his computer. Lots of great old music. :)
