Puzzle Description:

Paisley in blue and white (for those of you who prefer two-color puzzles!)

Very fun to solve. And yes, I actually LOVE 2-color puzzles like this. Well done.

Thanks for the pretty puzzle. At the beginning I was totally convinced that it would be a big flower. It was fun to be surprised by the paisleys.

You did a good job capturing the swirls of the pattern- thanks! (And two-colors that are not black and white are always a fun change.)

nice and well done. Good job.

I bet nobody but me looks at this puzzle and thinks "salad".

Paisley salad is one of my few brilliant culinary inventions. It's pretty much a regular salad, except the cucumbers and carrots are cut into paisley's by slicing them first into thick disks, then using a thin knife to cut the disks in half with an S-shaped cut, like a ying-yang symbol, and then slicing them again into thinner slices. Kind of a lot of work, but it makes a cool looking salad.

Anyway, loved the puzzle.

Never expected that, Jan.

Of course you make salad like that; anything else would be too ordinary for your brain to be happy!

Mostly I cook the same dozen recipes over and over again in a pretty unimaginative way. This is partly because the kids prefer familiar food, partly because finding new good recipes that fit my family's various dietary restrictions is difficult (no meat, dairy, corn, wheat, rye, barley, oats, tomatoes, onions, soy, yeast or garlic), and partly exhaustion. But it's certainly true that doing something unusual makes my brain happier.

No meat???? I am sorry for that.

I would say no wheat. Sad. lol. But I do know that many people have those allergies. I just heard about a website for those who have that allergy but sad to say, can't remember it. It had a ton of recipes you maybe would have liked.

Thanks for rubbing it in, LOL.

went looking for a black and white one...found a blue and white one just as good and with a beautiful picture too.
