After careful color logic leaves only seven black pixels to be placed in four small blocks of unknowns,

extended edge logic on the 2 in r51
If it were in the left block, it would:
> force the 2 in r52 into the right block which would
> force c29r51 to be black
= that causes there to be two blocks in r51 where there is only one clue. Thus the 2 in r51 cannot be in the left block and r51c22-24 must be white

Line logic to finish

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

No wonder is thought it was Rick Springfield, he has the same stance, intensity, and curl as Rick in this photo.

As I'm solving, it started to look like a small boy (from the top of the head), then a small girl (like Scout, from To Kill a Mockingbird), because the hair was a bit longer on the side. Now that I'm nearing eyebrow range, it looks like either Bill Murray or Robin Williams. We'll see how it progresses. (I haven't peeked at spoilers.)

Edit: Now that I have more of the chin, I'm leaning toward Robin Williams.

Edit: Hmm, now I have a right eye, and it looks like Rick Moranis.

Edit: Solving a bit more, and it looks like Buckaroo Banzai.

I love this puzzle. At first I thought, it’s too easy; there should be more white. But I quickly learned my lesson as I started to move towards the cheeks and nose. Very challenging and great image.

at least.... solved. no quessing. nice picture.
