Nah, the real ones have larger corner squares.
#2: BlackCat (BlackCat) on Oct 18, 2021
Very tough.
#3: derby (Derby) on Oct 29, 2021
I did have to solve this by looking way ahead. Still I enjoyed this puzzle. Thank you
#4: Steven Paradise (gossamerica) on Nov 2, 2021
So much guessing for so little payoff.
#5: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Nov 5, 2021
Definitely no guessing necessary. It was extremely difficult and slow going looking all over for the next lookahead pixel but I finally made it. Didn't track my solve but didn't do anything that felt like deep lookahead. I might try a walk-thru later.

I agree with David Bouldin. It was a great solve and I really enjoyed it! Thanks!
#7: Gator (gator) on Feb 24, 2022 [HINT]
After the initial line logic, try to place the 6 clue in R25 as far right as it could go (R25C18-23). This would make R24 invalid. Since the 6 clue cannot go there, then there is not enough room for the 5 clue to also go in R25C7-11. So the 5 clue must be in C1-5. LL.

EL on R25 makes R25C7 a dot. LL makes R25C18 black. But we also know from the previous clue that R25C23 cannot be part of the 6 clue, so R25C17 is also black.

The 4 clue in R25 is forced to the left side of the 2 2 clues in C12-13. So R25C9-11 must be part of the 4 clue. LL.

In C1 the top 5 clue cannot extend down to R8 or R9 without making C2 invalid. So R3-4C1 must be black. LL.

If the 4 clue in C7 extends down to R24, this will cause C8 to be invalid. So R24C7 is a dot. LL.

I'm going to have to stop there for now. Feel free to pick it up from here David. :)
#8: Wombat (wombatilim) on Mar 9, 2023 [HINT]
Picking up from Gator's hint:

R1: Using EL we can determine the 4 cannot go farther right than C17. From there we can mark R1 C3-4 and R1 C14-15 black. LL.

R15: Whichever way the 3 goes, it puts a white into R16. This means the black in R16C6 is a 1 clue and we can mark R16C7 white.

R8: The 5 can't go into C21 or it causes a contradiction in R9. This marks R8 C16-18 black. LL.

R12-13: We have blacks in C11-12 in each of these rows, and 1 clues available in C10 and C13. This means either the 3 in R12 extends to C13 or the 4 in R13 extends to C14. Both of those options marks R11C14 white. Minimal LL.

C19: Whichever way the 3 goes, R6-7 C20 are white.

C10: The black in R20 is part of a 2. Whether it goes up into R19 or down into R21, R21C11 is black. Minimal LL.

R23: No matter where you place the 3, R22 C20-21 are white and R22 C23-24 are black. LL.

R12: If the 2nd 2 goes into C9, there won't be enough room for the 4 in R13. Therefore R12C7 is black. LL.

C22: If the bottom 7 extends into R16, it makes the black in R18C21 the 1 clue from C21, and the top 7 in C22 will need to extend into R8. This doesn't leave anywhere for the 4 in C21 to go. Therefore, R22-23 C22 are black. LL.

Need to stop here for now. Currently at 71%.
