I'm sure it is, but I need a little help...?

Actually I think I get it ...
Noun verb, Proper noun (place) noun verb, verb Proper noun noun.

Right?

I was going to say you were lion, but then the head was wrong. :)

Let's see... it's:

Proper-noun noun, [that] Proper-noun noun verb, [in turn] verb Proper-noun noun.

The animals that are from that place, who get bullied by the other animals of that same type from that place, happen to also bully other such animals from that same place.

TIL that "to buffalo" means "to bully or intimidate". Somehow, by context clues in the past, I thought it was a polite way of saying "bull$#!+", to lie, like to bluff or tell a story. For example, "Steve buffaloed his way into the exclusive club." It totally changes your perception of Steve, and whoever was manning the door of the club.

I made a shirt with this sentence on it for my college linguistics club! One of my favorite confusing grammatical sentences.

Incidentally, I always thought of the verb as "to confuse," rather like "bamboozle."

OK.

Buffalo can equal animal (Bison), city (Buffalo, NY) or verb (Bully). So think of it as: Buffalo (city) bison (that) other Buffalo (city) bison bully, bully bison. Buffalo buffalo (that) Buffalo buffalo buffalo, buffalo buffalo.
