Close enough. According to my source, it's "Well, here's another nice mess you've gotten me into!" from Sons of the Desert. But I'm guessing Laurel and Hardy used the line in various forms in a lot of things.

Marked as moderate lookahead because, once all the black dots were placed, I needed to verify C20R20 was a dot before line logic wrapped things up.

I agree with Andrew. It was all line logic except for a tiny bit of edge logic with the 4 in column 20, down at the bottom of the column.

I'm pretty sure I didn't need any EL unless I did some accidentally.

I don't know that it was used in Blazing Saddles. It was a standard for Laurel and Hardy and came from the movie Sons of the Desert.
