A jacket worn open.
I am so confused!

There is method to this madness

It'll be really fun if anyone ever figures these out

This jacket is actually a "blazer" (arsonist)

BT, JEEZ, of course that's it!

But, just for future reference: to me, a blazer is more the style of a suit jacket: lapels and fitted. This looks more relaxed, stylish; could even be mistaken for a sweater. I would never have seen "blazer" in this particular jacket.

It was called a blazer because the first ones were blazing red. (Appropriate for arsonists)

Plus he looks smoking hot!

I thought it was the boss who keeps firing people.
