Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by valerie.

Cute puzzle!

This used the tiniest bit of lookahead ever! Line logic for a long, long ways, then there is a 4 going horizontally in row 28. With some edge logic, you can rule out that the 4 can't go in columns 28 or 29. That isn't enough to place any pixels of the 4, but it is enough to get the puzzle going again. Then line logic to the finish.

Alternatively, internal EL in Column 28 placed some of the last 6 clue. I'm sure either option and perhaps others will work to get this one going again at that little road block.

Great illustration!! At first I thought he was thinking of a monkey, but the explanation cleared that up. Very fun. No guessing.

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm not good at people, but I guess the ball player sort of looks like a ball player.

There are "Christian countries" where people don't play baseball.

Ambrose Bierce is an American devil. (This is from his book, "The Devil's Dictionary" in case you aren't familiar with the series.)
