Lack of symmetry improved the solve. I used what I call "picture logic", which is just trying to fill in the parts that are cat, and taking away those that aren't. Looks tough using only logic.
Gator? Valerie? Joe?

because it has multiple solutions, we know that it will not be solvable using actual logic alone. it will require some level of guessing like "picture logic" :(

sorry all! My 10 year old daughter has been watching me solve puzzles here for years and wanted to make some of her own. This was her first one :)

Don't apologise! The final image is great - just needs a bit of editing to make it a unique solution - maybe some colour would help?

For a 10-year old, this was very good. It did call for guessing in several places.

Found to require lots of guessing by gator.

agree with the others, this is a good puzzle, just needs some tweaking. show her the "Check" button at the bottom of the puzzle creator :)
