very good puzzle. We're trying everything short of the cone for our girl (dog) who's worrying an allergic reaction into sores on her feet. She can't abide the cone, so we're wrapping the wounds and watching her until they heal. Not an easy situation ...

Years ago, we had a cat whose tail was run over. After amputation, he just had a short stub left. Sweetest, mildest cat, ever, and he lived a good long life.

What exactly is in the background?

Some clouds. I don't like using a clear blue sky. It makes a boring solve.

it's a dramatic, cloudy day, and Buddy is sniffing the breeze. :)
