Great image, and fun and unique to solve. I kept thinking the green bits were going to be impossible, but it flowed along.

After line & color logic:

Regardless of whether the remaining green 3 in C21 goes up or down, R16-17 C22 are green. The rest solves with LL.

I did things in a different order and probably less efficiently than Wombat. But just in case anyone gets stuck where I did:

- LL/CL to 58% done (can't remember if I also used any EL/IEL)

- This step was basically the key to the whole puzzle for me: Using IEL, r22c21 cannot be red, so c21, r22-26 must be red

- LL/CL to 81% done

- IEL finds that r17c21 cannot be green, must be a dot

- LL/CL to 90% done

- IEL finds that r23c13 cannot be green, must be a dot

- EL finds r40c10-12cs must be dots

- LL/CL to finish

Some of the EL/IEL might not have been necessary.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by wombatilim.
