Bling is the slang term used for rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc... you know, fancy jewelry and stuff like that. So this is the dog's "bling" (his "fancy" necklace).

Always thought Bling was a Hiphop/Rap term for jewelry that is flashy. Some might even call it gaudy.

Looks like Scooby Doo to me. He was always involved in solving crimes...so maybe he found a stolen necklace?
