After line and color logic leaves only blue in two sections,

If you sum the vertical clues that must go in the left side, they add up to ten.

If you sum the horizontal clues that must fit into the left side (in rows 10-14), they add up to nine.

Therefore, the 15 in r15 must extend into the left side by exactly one more. I.e. r15c6 must be white and r15c7 must be blue.
