The right bit is tricky! The 1-1 in columns 22-23 suggest we can work there.
You get quick contradictions from R14C22 being a dot as well as if we make R16C23 black. Then R16C19/25 fell with lookahead. I don't feel this is as succinct as it could be. Maybe someone else can do better.
For a while while I was solving it I was convinced it was the "planet sticking out its tongue" from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. But it wasn't!
