Thanks! You are too smart. You always know what the image is going to be (sticking my tongue out at you) LOL

lol....as long as you're not doing a raspberry and getting spit all over me, then I guess that's ok. :)

Very nice monkey, another hard one.
#8: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Nov 24, 2008
Yes, I know it's hard. Thank you.

Not having grown up here, the title said nothing to me, so I had no clue and out of total desperation ... had to peek ... as soon as I saw the upper right area i new what it was and went to solve it. At the end, I still didn't know whom it was because I've heard of the book but haven't read it.
By the way, excellent!

Well, just look him up on the internet to see what he is supposed to look like. Then you can judge if i did a realistic job of making him look like he is supposed to. Thanks for the comment.
#11: Jota (jota) on Dec 17, 2008
Oh! Yes I did that, that's why I said: "excellent" !
#12: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 17, 2008 [SPOILER]
Thanks! I mean, you may have just thought it was an "excellent" snake, but not necessarily who it was supposed to be. But I am so glad you looked him up! :-)

Wow. That is without a doubt the hardest puzzle of its size on the site. It took me several weeks to solve it. Sometimes an hour of backtracking to get one dot!
#14: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 22, 2008
Sorry about that, Mark. I absolutely loved how he turned out, (he is one of my favorite puzzles that I have created) and I didn't want to change him and possibly ruin the very realistic image. Maybe I should, though. Everyone agrees with you. Even me! :-)

If it's not broken, don't fix it.
#16: Nancy Whitney (ngoroff) on Feb 6, 2009 [HINT]
I agree that this is the hardest puzzle I've seen on the site. I was able to get the right side, but couldn't get anywhere on the rest of it. Eventually I gave up on trying to logic it out, and just made educated guesses. Then things started to fall into place. So maybe my educated guesses could be called logical reasoning, but there were several places were I just had to take what seemed like a likely step, as a leap of faith.

Yes, I agree. This is the hardest puzzle I have ever posted. It was created long before I realized what the helper/checker feature was, and I just tried to make a high quality image. I never thought about the logically solvable factor. I have often thought long and hard about changing it, but I really like how it turned out. It is one of my personal favorites. Sorry about the guessing factor.

But yours is much tougher!
