I think we need edge logic at the end. I had c19-29(r7-10 /r12-15) and c15-6 (r17-20) and c16 r9-10 left. You seem to need to use edge logic on the 4 in column 20. If it is in r12-15, then you have 2's across. So it has to be in the upper. Things fall out from there. If I missed anything, let me know.

You could also use edge logic on the 3 in r15 - there's only one place it could go without immediate conflict.
