Found to require much guessing by Gator.

If you know what Mr. Peanut looks like you can make some guesses that will lead you in the right direction. From a logic point of view though, this one requires a lot of guessing. Nice image though!

I found no guessing required.Just logic.

naum - when I tried to solve this one, I had to look ahead 3-4 moves in some cases to move forward. Did you find a way to solve this with normal line logic and advanced logic? If you did, I would be very interested in knowing what you did.

Puzzle seemed easy to me at first. I found an advanced logic trick early on in C25; R20 in that column is already true, with four remaining empty squares above and the square below false, and it can be deduced that whether that one square is the 1 or the bottom of the 3 that R17C25 is always false.

Unfortunately, this is a tough nut to crack (no pun intended) because there is guessing involved. I did use some edge logic, but there are no other edge logic possibilities in my grid. At this point, I'm filling in and checking to see if I'm right. That's guessing. I did do some edge work on the 12, but I can't complete it and I don't think even that would resolve the guessing being needed.

Does anyone else not like Mr. Peanut and Charlie the Tuna? They are selling off their family and species to be eaten by us!

Did anybody else have a Mr. Peanut peanut butter maker when they were a kid? You put peanuts into the top (in the top of his hat, I think?) and turned a crank, and small amounts of homemade natural peanut butter came out. Childhood me thought it was pretty cool. Actually grown up me thinks so too.
