The image is a QR code that my phone wouldn't scan. Personally I wouldn't bother.

I never scan them because I use a flip phone.
I sometimes solve them just because they're generally tricky but not frustrating.

scanned it is text only and says "Big brother is watching you", so same as quote with one capitalization change

...which makes me wonder if that small change was necessary to make it solve. I made two of these about 9 years ago and remember it being tricky to get solvable. you can tweak a square here or there and sometimes it'll still decode to the right thing, sometimes it doesn't. sometimes you have to tweak the info itself, like capitalization, leaving off "www." in links, etc. QR codes are not a "creative" image, but does take some thought (and some trial and error) to get it solvable...unless you luck into one i guess.

I liked it! Fun to solve the detail, and I couldn't resist scanning it.

Appreciate the work you did to create this puzzle. But I don't personally like this kind of puzzle because you can't apply the usual logic patterns to solve it - so it just becomes a counting game.
