It was dark outside and we were sleeping. A loud bang woke us up. My father lit a cigarette and checked what's outside. It was a drunk driver smashed our garbage can.

Sometimes people have a hard time seeing them, but I like nocturnal puzzles.

I agree you capture so much using negative space. Interesting that you captured the glow of your father's cigarette.

Narrating it with words also helps
