I remember wondering what came after "She's so" for the longest time. "She's so fun to wear?"

Google finally set me straight.

For those who would like to know immediately, Peter Gabriel sings "jeux sans frontiers," which is the song's name in French.

And apparently he didn't vocalize well! Many mondegreens!

Yes, this is "Games Without Frontiers", and I still can't hear it as anything else than "she's so POP-ular".

This picture is Winona Ryder as Veronica in "Heathers", in which she is both popular and engaged in war without tears.

I always heard: "She's so FAH (far) away" ... but it enver sounded quite right or made sense.

Ahh, now I can see Veronica. I watched it recently, and I believe there were some tears, as she wrote in her diary, wearing her monocle (as one does).

I haven't seen it in ages (possibly counted in decades).
