C1: EL marks R8-15 white, which allows us to complete that column. LL.
R14: The 4 cannot go into both C11 and C13 without making either R13 or R15 invalid, so it must go to either C9 or C15. If it goes to C9, it marks R10 C11-15 white. If it goes to C15, it marks R11C13 black as part of the first 2 in C13. Either way, the 1 in C13 needs to go into R8, so R8C13 is black. Minimal LL.
R14: If the 4 goes to C9, it places black in R8C11, and R10 is made invalid, so it must go to C15 instead.
