Puzzle Description:

The girl's and I were suppose to go to a place called Mt. Carlton for a day of canoeing, hiking and lot's of other activities. This was an event organized through our church. However due to an expected storm, the event was cancelled. Check out Mt. Carlton New Brunswick on the web and you will see how beautiful it is and why we are disappointed.

Hey, I can talk again. Praise the Lord for Valerie. No Jota I'm sorry to say it was cancelled and so far Norma we here in N.B. have only received the tail end of hurricane Dorian. It has rained hard all day but that's all so far.

I'm very glad you are safe, Aldege. I wish you could send us some of that rain. We have had a very dry summer.

I'm from Moncton, NB. I'd like to do Mt Carleton sometime too. A group of friends did Mt Katahdin in Maine this summer and we had perfect weather for it. And as to Dorian, a lot of Moncton is without power, but I'm fortunate enough not to have lost it yet. Quite a bit of wind and rain here though, but not as bad as Nova Scotia is getting right now.

Personally, I don't understand what the bits of color are supposed to be. I see the mountains, but I don't know what the bean shape is in the lower left is.

The bits of color were added to make the image solvable. The bean is likely a canoe. ^_^
