I can't find any that look like this. Most look like guitar picks, and a few have a bear at the top (facing the other way). Can you help?

Man, I saw all sorts of things while solving, and even after finishing. Everything but that, of course.

I'm with you Kristen, I didn't see any similar signs either. This looks to be part of California with a bear walking across it. Are they new?

The subconscious is an amazing thing. Before I (let myself) read the answer, I saw the Bay area. "Golden" opened the file, as it were, or I wouldn't have seen that; probably opened others as well, which have since closed again.
