I used some IEL in R42, but that only whited out R42C19 and resulted in minimal line logic. IEL in C8 can then white out enough to determine that R35C8 is the top of the 3 clue.
That's enough to finish the rest with LL. I'm not sure where the smile logic comes in, but this *is* logically solvable.
