CL finishes the red, LL does the top right.
EL 4 c30 = r10-30 white
LL
EL 9 r30 = c1-9, c20-36 white
LL/CL finishes bottom and right, leaving nine black pixels unplaced.

EL 3 c34 = r7 w
LL

EL 2 c5 = r20-21 w
LL

The 2 in c9 prevents the 5s in r19 and r21 from both crossing c6. Therefore the top 1 in c6 must be in r17.
LL/CL finishes it

There is one moment where you gotta do some deeper lookahead, which I did with the 3 5's in R19-21, and everything else before and after flows pretty easily with CL/LL/EL. You can see the 3 5's have to be spread out because of all the 1's in the bottom of the blue numbers in the columns.

I've done some of the puzzles in this series, but I don't really understand what the series is about H10, H11...H13,etc. Could someone explain it to me? Thanks.

&H13 is one of the control codes of ASCII. The '&H' part means that it is in hexadecimal rather than base 10. It could also be written as 0x13. In decimal notation it would be code 19.

Great puzzle. I think it Is solvable. Loved the single pixel diagonals and the buttons.
