Gee thank you Derby, I'm very glad you enjoy them. The amazing part as many here will tell you,is that I can't solve but the easiest of puzzles. My brain just can't grasp all the different logics. But I love creating and that's more than enough satisfaction for me. Plus I truly enjoy the fellowship that I share with our webpbn family. There's a point where some interior EL (some minor look ahead) is needed. It was right before the last 2 blues are placed:
I looked at the 4 in C18. Using IEL it cannot start in R15 which means it has to go down to at least R19.
