Great puzzle, Joe. I like the shading, even though it meant a tough solve (for me anyway).

The shape started looking familiar, until it finally crystalized into the Half Life logo. I spent many an hour on that game, and on it's recent remake, Black Mesa.

This was a tough solve for me, as well. I wouldn't have been able to solve it when I first joined this site.

Lambda also represents eigenvalues in linear algebra... a math class I've forgotten most of. This brought to mind a memory of singing with a math friend before we took linear algebra (to the tune of Edelweiss), "Eigenvector, eigenvector, I don't knooow what youuuuu are."
