Fish and bubbles, seaweed, under the ocean

While this was not a fun puzzle to solve because there were no white spaces or variation, it does exhibit an interesting, strange, optical effect. If you move the entire puzzle up and down quickly, the seaweed seems to undulate!#2: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Oct 23, 2018
