Puzzle Description:

Don't let it go to your head.

I'm trying to get these before I look at the answer...this one I thought was "monkey on one's back," although I did think it was a strange looking monkey. In my defense, it IS getting close to Halloween. lol

Btw, thanks for doing these, Brian...I was getting sort of twitchy....

Ouch, I can feel the claws on my back! Good rendition of a bad kitty!
#4: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Oct 11, 2018
I thought it looked like a scorpion and I figured it was the phrase, "Put a bug in one's ear."

It also looks like a giant shrimp. Either way, I don't want it in MY ear or going to MY head.

I was going for some large nasty looking scorpion type creature.
#6: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Oct 15, 2018
Yikes!
#7: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Oct 15, 2018
I was thinking scorpion, but I thought, surely not.
#8: Gary Webster (glwebste) on Oct 18, 2018
It's got me scared ...
#9: Teresa K (fasstar) on Oct 20, 2018
Like JoDeen, I thought it was a monkey on his back. These are really fun, Brian.

With Jo & Teresa on this, though it's a funny looking Monkey, it definitely works as 'monkey on his back.'

... Ooor maybe it could be perceived as a really REALLY funny shaped 'chip on their shoulder'? :)
