Me too...I love home grown, heirloom tomatoes. Nice puzzle K.D....and now you've made me want one of those ruby treasures...though I like many other colors of tomatoes as well.

Great little puzzle. And no wonder you are excited. There is nothing like the taste of home grown tomatoes.

Yum!

I tried growing tomatoes once. They were just getting ripe and beautiful when I came out one morning and they were all gone. I suspect raccoons.

My sister just brought me tomatoes today. Beautiful, but the one she bagged had one tooth mark in it. Just one tooth stab. Otherwise perfect. I don't know why the bugger didn't know enough to eat the whole thing!

Nothing tastes better than vine-ripened tomatoes. Yum! Thanks for the somewhat challenging puzzle.
Rabbits eat tomatoes too.

Squirrels like to eat tomatoes. I've heard that they are actually not biting them to eat them, but to get a drink. Think of it: they are filled with water and it only takes one bite to get it open and then suck out the juice for some hydration. They don't know better, but yes, it sure is annoying.

Home grown tomatoes ripened on the vine are the best thing ever. I can't eat a store-bought-picked-green-to-ripen-on the-way tomato.

Very nice small puzzle. I went and enjoyed your other puzzles after seeing this. Hope to see more.
