Puzzle Description:
Piggy
#1: Ga Hendrick (GaHendrick) on Jul 20, 2008 [SPOILER]
Even though I guessed the image (to buy a fat pig) I could not solve the puzzle. It may be there is more I could do to logically eliminate the squares, but I reached a stalemate. Anyone have any suggestions?#2: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on Jul 20, 2008 [SPOILER]
well I got it but it did take some educated guessing (after I figured out it was a pig)#3: Jan Wolter (jan) on Jul 20, 2008 [HINT]
:)
I did not need to guess. Edge logic on three sides and some careful line logic.#4: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on Jul 20, 2008
Humm maybe I wasn't fully awake...I'll have to retry it :)#5: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jul 20, 2008 [HINT]
After all the line logic I could do, I did edge logic on the 16 on the top and it solved easily.#6: Minnie Fuerstnau (m.fuerstnau) on Jul 20, 2008 [SPOILER]
Great pig! Love those toes! Snout! Tail! A fun picture- thanks.#7: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Jul 20, 2008 [HINT]
I solved it with no special edge or side logic. (But I'm extremely sleepy and could have made a mistake and not noticed.)#8: Jane Doe (telly) on Jul 20, 2008 [SPOILER]
nice...I also did some edge logic and got it. :) He's kinda cute...poor little piggy...he'll be your bacon soon monkey (doc banana).#9: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jul 20, 2008 [SPOILER]
MMMMMM. Bacon! Nature's bounty!#10: Laura Frasca (laurabelle) on Jul 21, 2008
I had a little trouble getting started, but after I got a "critical mass" it was pretty straightforward.#11: Arduinna (arduinna) on Jul 21, 2008
I agree with laurabelle. It took me a bit to get started, but I didn't even use edge logic.#12: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz) on Jul 21, 2008 [SPOILER]
Another great one!
Thanks everyone!#13: Arduinna (arduinna) on Jul 22, 2008
Ever since I have worked out how to do different kinds of logic, especially edge logic and colour logic, I can't help creating tricky little puzzles now. I am not the best at doing all the logic available, so I wont ever put a puzzle up that I cant do myself. These days I can spend up to 4 hours creating a puzzle that is only 20 by 20. Drives me insane, but I love it :)
Thank you for going a little bit insane on our behalf. :)#14: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz) on Jul 22, 2008
My pleasure ;)#15: JoDeen Mozena (ozymoe) on Jul 28, 2008
Thank you for spending the time on the 20x20's, Marie-Louise. I dearly love doing that size (challenging) puzzle and I sincerely appreciate your efforts!#16: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz) on Jul 28, 2008
Thankyou JoDeen, my pleasure! :)#17: karl eicher (keicher) on Apr 3, 2011
ive been lucky, 3 out of the last 4 puzzles have been great. thanks, im glad this wasn't another "who the heck is bob?" puzzle. great image.#18: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 24, 2011
Great puzzle! So much fun to solve this one.#19: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Aug 3, 2014
To market, to market, to buy a fat pig.#20: Greggo (Greggo) on May 18, 2018
Home again, home again, jiggety jig.
To market, to market, to buy a fat hog.
