Puzzle Description:

The Earth was hit by the planet Theia. This was spotted by 2 alien civilizations on planets many light years away, but considered to be a signal from an intelligent species. Both civilizations sent one of their members. Many many years later, the two cloaked alien ships had arrived at around the same time on Earth (destiny?). Of course, one should not immediately leave the resting place after eons-long cryogeneses, but they both did due to all the excitement. They were not yet aware that they were the sole intelligent-ish living beings on Earth, at the time, and they happened to meet while strolling. After meeting for the first time, mistakenly thinking that the other one is a local Earthling, they tried to show their "hello friend" goodwill in their own version. Unfortunately, the ant-like alien gets killed afterwards, as what it did was considered to be very offensive by the other alien, which immediately left, as other 'Earthlings' might soon arrive for revenge. First fatal misunderstanding. The remains of the ant-like alien accelerated the emergence of animals and similar living beings. Do not tell anyone.

Have you read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? This is a very Douglas Adams-esque situation. :)

I had to solve this, just out of curiosity. "Do not tell anyone." That was good. :-)

So we are all descendant from the remains of an intelligent-ish (that part makes sense) ant-like alien being from 4.4B years ago? Cool! :)
