Puzzle Description:

#1: John Macdonald (perlwolf) on Sep 15, 2017 [SPOILER]

It's a flying dinosaur.
#2: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Sep 15, 2017
I'm sure it's nothing to worry about... (that comet in the sky, that is)
#3: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Sep 15, 2017 [SPOILER]
Maybe falling dinosaur dandruff?
#4: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Sep 15, 2017 [SPOILER]
That's a comet streaking toward the ground, raining down destruction on the dinosaurs and most of the rest of species 65 million years ago.
#5: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Sep 15, 2017 [SPOILER]
Like perlwolf, I was really pretty sure it was a flying dinosaur. :P I see the comet now that you've pointed it out, but I first thought you were going for a silly, humorous picture of a dinosaur in the clouds. ^-^
#6: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Sep 16, 2017
I saw the comet (and edited my post to reflect that). But do you see what happens when you leave out a description? ;)
#7: Brian Bellis (mootpoint) on Sep 16, 2017
I think I did a flying pterosaur that might have gone extinct during "the great loss" of puzzles.

I didn't pay close enough attention to see the comet. Good pic, though. Glad for the extra comments.
