Not to detract, but the key feature (other than the missing tooth) is that one of Alfred's eyes is lower than the other.

Re 6 and 7 ; That's true with everybody! Human faces are not symmetrical, which is why our photograph looks different than what we see in the mirror.

Some are more pronounced than others. Actress Shannen Doherty, for example, had one eye that was noticeably lower. She would often pose with her head tilted, to make it less obvious.

I have one ear that's higher than the other, so my glasses always sit crooked.

I wonder why Adam called him "angry" in the title.

Oh! I spent my childhood reading MAD, so I knew it was Alfred E. Newman, but what hadn't clicked was that "MAD" means "angry." Thanks!
