Lovely!

thank you

I'm afraid I don't know what a "fan chair" is, Nancy. By the way, have I ever told you how much I like seeing a new puzzle from you come out? I quickly look at the quality rating, the difficulty rating, and the actual size. Then I peek at solution, admire it, occasionally comment, give it a high rating (almost always), and move on. :-) My computer unfortunately doesn't allow large puzzles to fit on my screen, but I enjoy looking at your images very much. Thanks!

a fan chair has a very large circular back (wicker or rattan)
& thank you so very much Adam, that is quite a compliment :)

Oh Adam...where is your picture? wouldn't you like to see your face in pixels?
#6: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 22, 2008
I am kinda scared... even though I am a "superhero," I am awfully shy. I might send it to you, but I want you to make it like 70x70 or bigger. Deal? J/K. How small can you make it? It might be weird to solve "myself."

Very beautiful picture. I love your work! :D And thankfully, it's not another pattern. I'm kinda sick of those, no offense meant to those who design them. But I'm a representational fan. I like artwork to look like something...though I did do a Mondrian.... lol. (but that's actually artwork.)

By the way Nancy, I would rather continue threads on # 2953, since I comment on so many others that if people respond, I can't remember to check even puzzle's comment boxes (even though you seem to do it very well) to see what people wrote back.

Another exceptional puzzle- thank you for all of your hard work! I had to do this one over a couple of days with breaks in between. Loved it!

This is beautiful! Did you have a stockpile of old puzzles that you've been meaning to work on?
#13: Lollipop (lollipop) on Apr 17, 2012
One of most stunning images on the site -- and many of them are also yours. I would have thought that with the blocks of colour it would have been an easier solve, but I should have known better as it's one of yours :) Great fun, pixel by pixel. Thank you.
#14: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Apr 17, 2012 [SPOILER]
with her blankie, of course :)
#15: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Apr 17, 2012
Tremendous image Nancy.:)

Fantastic puzzle, Nancy!

Tom and Aldege, you guys may be the winner in the quantity category, but Nancy is the winner when it comes to high quality puzzles. She is, in fact, the only one who has created more than 100 puzzles rated 4 or better for quality.

Nancy, I hope you are inspired to create some more great puzzles for us. :-)
#17: Teresa K (fasstar) on Apr 17, 2012
When I opened this puzzle this morning, the rating was 5. By the time I finished it, the rating went down to 3. How strange. Hmmmmm.
#18: Kadou (Kadou) on Apr 17, 2012
Re #16: Ratings are closely related to puzzle size, as was often discussed before. Here's a interesting fact:
Tom has no puzzle larger than 40x40. Nancy has over 200.

Like you Teresa, I want to see new puzzles from Nancy. :)
#19: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Apr 18, 2012
Is that because Tom can't count past 40,or because he falls asleep while creating,lol.j/k buddy.

Such a great idea for an image and so artistically rendered! Thanks for all your many intriguing puzzles.

Very great image and a fun solve.

Buen puzzle.
#23: Byrdie (byrdie) on Aug 19, 2021
Very nice image. Had me guessing at the result until about 2/3 of the way through!
#24: besmirched tea (Besmirched Tea) on Oct 1, 2021 [SPOILER]
amazing reveal... I started solving from the bottom, so it 100% looked like bucolic rolling hills near a waterfall until I got high enough to wonder why the sun was in front of the mountain... or is it lava? terrific final image was a surprise!
