Puzzle Description:
A fisherman out in his boat reeling in an old boot.

Yes, once you solve the boat, boot, and almost all of the water, you can use edge logic on the top "6" and get it's exact placement, and finish it easily. Nicely created image.#6: Arduinna (arduinna) on Jun 19, 2008 [SPOILER]
