after LL
since the 1 in c9 must be in [r18-20], it will be part of a 4 which will trigger the 2 in c8. So the 2 in c8 cannot be in [r12-15].
LL
There are two pixels left to be placed, and one must be in c9. Therefore one and only one must be in c5. That will lengthen the blot by one and then LL to finish.
