R1: EL marks C2-5 and C18-23 white. LL.
R22: The 9 cannot go past C11 or it causes a contradiction in R21 once you factor the 6 in, so R22C18-19 are black. LL.
R21: If C8 is black, it causes a contradiction in C9, so it must be white.
R21: If the 3 goes into C14, it puts a black into R20C9, which forces another black into R21. Therefore, R21C14 must be white and R21C11 must be black.

C21&23: These columns each have 4 1 clues remaining. R13-19 each has a 2 crossing the black in C22. These will need to alternate directions, using up a total of 3 blacks in one of the columns and 4 in the other. If the 9 in R22 goes all the way over to C23, it will use one additional 1 clue in each of these columns, which leaves one of them short. Therefore, R22C23 must be white. LL.
