This is not "much guessing" as it has been voted. It is straight line logic.

After routine Line Logic,
There is some harder line logic: in column 8, the black pixels in r8 & r10 must be part of one of the two 3s, so c8r9 must be black
Then regular LL to finish

Found to have a unique solution by infrapinklizzard.

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by infrapinklizzard.
