Found to have a unique solution by blurglecruncheon.

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by blurglecruncheon.

I was thinking magic square, but the diagonals don't add up to the same number. Knowing Thomas Genuine, it's undoubtedly some complex mathematical thing and it would be a miracle if I figured it out.

I see that all rows and all columns add up to 27.
