After LL leaves only four more black pixels to be placed,

If c10r10 were black, it would force both c12r10 and c12r14 to be black making a conflict. So c10r10 must be white.

I bungled things my first try, and the eyes were really askew. It was freaky but amusing. A nice pleasant solve.

Nice solve.
I did it a little differently when LL runs out. I looked at the 2 in R14 - you already have one pixel filled in, and whether the 2nd one goes to the left or to the right, either way C9R10 will be black.
